Expert Witness
Founded upon knowledge obtained in over 15 years of lifeguarding, auditing and water safety service, Pool Guardians provides an honest, independent, experienced evaluation of your aquatic case. We counsel with your litigators to predetermine case merit and familiarize you with the standard of care in drowning situations, and we can testify accordingly in court. We have the experience, skill, and expertise required to sort through the legal and factual scenarios associated with drowning accidents.

Site Inspections:
Each facility provides its own risks, which often go overlooked. On-site facility inspections allow for a visual inspection of each facility. With our inspections, your program staff is invited to participate in the walk-through and discuss on-site specific observations and recommendations. We do not just give an “evaluation” but a helping recommendation. We will recommend you the changes that need to be made to better your facilities safety. In addition, we can devise a safety protocol for you facility to guarantee that your facility will remain at the safest level possible.
