Direct Contact to Management:
Each facility is assigned a direct property manager that oversees the daily operations, guard schedules, and any issues that may arise. Above that a regional manager who has oversight of the area pools and can respond to any issue and give assistance to the property manager. To ensure that you are informed of everything, weekly updates are sent out by the property manager directly to you.

Training in all aspects:
We provide not only for the comfort and safety of the patrons but also the professional and personal service that is expected at any high end establishment. During the training of our lifeguards, the main focus is safety but it doesn’t stop there. Our guards also are thoroughly trained in customer service.

Year Round Pool Management:
We don’t stop when the gates are locked at the end of summer! Unlike other management companies that are seasonal, this gives us a great advantage in today's competitive market. One of the most important factors is we never stop our recruiting. We also keep in constant contact with our guards throughout the year; this ensures our staff will continue to provide the services that we expect of them when the summer season starts up again. In addition, we have a year round support staff which allows for us to give the most efficient service at any time.

Team Work:

Employment
We conduct extensive and proven recruiting campaigns throughout the year which provides us the ability to be selective with whom we hire. We have an ongoing relationship with many major college and high school swim teams, who allow us to recruit directly from their classrooms.
